Best body ever. Easy to maintain. No more suffering workout. I am on a one meal a day high fat, keto diet, which helps. Never been this skinny in my life and eat over 160g of fat. Highly recommended.

Still have a thicker scar at the T junction of abdominoplasty and no sensation below bellybutton. But it's fine.

Still healing nicely. There is a little wound where the inverted T junction is but the office has been communicating with me and providing advice. It's all normal healing. I feel assured being able to contact the doctor directly.

I'm still hunched over somewhat but it's getting better. some days I feel more tired and other days more energetic. Still sleeping on back in reclined position.

My belly button is healing nicely also.

Very happy with my decision and hoping the swelling and healing continues.

You look amazing!! So nervous for Thursday for my big day with Dr. Bray! I have an extremely odd question, when you were under the knife, did you dream at all?
No no dreaming. You don't remember anything. I have my own theory though about conciousness when you go under. I think it somehow resets your brain. After waking up, I felt more myself, more lucid, more spiritual. It happened to me before but I think it made me more connected to my true self. I know this maybe sounds strange, but there isn't much research on what happens in our brain when we go under. They just know that it makes you not feel, or be aware of what they're doing. Your body stops breathing, and they use a respirator to put air in your lungs, that's why after you have to really take deep breaths.

They will take amazing care of you. Just say a little prayer or meditation if you're scared. But everything will be ok. The nurses are amazing when you're in recovery.
Thanks love

One week mark

Well I standing up a little straighter today but it's still slow. I feel very tired and didn't have medication last night so had a terrible sleep. I had a nap and those seem to be helping daily in the afternoon to combat my fatigue. Really make sure you have help for at least 7-10 days after the surgery. I don't know how it's possible otherwise. I have had pretty much around the clock help. I find vitamin B supplement really help me to feel better and having a lot of pillows. I did some gentle stretching of abs as Paulette advised to relax my stomach and core and I think that is helping me to stand a bit straight. It's going to be a process and I'm going slowly. The office has been super helpful in providing after care.
