I went from a size 14 pants to a size 8 post surgery

I consulted with about 10 surgeons between West Palm Beach, Sarasota and the Tampa Bay Area before doing my consultation with Dr. Buchanan at Vivify Plastic Surgery in Tampa.
Here is the short and sweet version: Dr. Buchanan has unparalleled skill in his profession. I am almost 3 weeks post op from my fleur di lis tummy tuck and thigh lift surgery and I am so impressed with how discreet his incisions are and how much skin he was able to remove. I went from a size 14 pants to a size 8 post surgery and I am still swollen! His pricing may seem more than competitors, but his pricing includes many items that other surgeons do not (lipo, scarring gel, surgical garments and binders, etc.). When you include those additional items (often not quoted up front by others) his pricing is very fair. In regards to ski, and trust me when I say you will want ALL of those items. His staff (Michelle, Jessica, DeeDee, and Lindsey) are absolutely incredible and they are so quick to answer every question you might have before and after the surgery.
Detailed version: Dr. Buchanan made me feel at home from the moment I walked into his office. He knew I had several key areas I wanted to address post dramatic weight loss (arms, breasts, thighs, back and stomach). He was the only doctor to walk me through a true long term surgery plan that addressed all of my needs, provide upfront transparent pricing about all of the different surgeries and go over all of my options. Going into my consultation I was only aware of the standard tummy tuck or a body lift as options. Dr. Buchanan talked to me about my concerns and he talked to me about a Fleur de Lis Yummy Tuck, which would help cinch my waist in and grab some of the excess skin under my breasts/upper belly region. He also talked to me about the advantages and disadvantages of the different combinations of my surgeries. I decided to go with the Fleur de Lis Tummy Tuck and the Thigh Lift for my first surgery.
I am now 2 and a half weeks post op and I feel amazing. In total I needed to have 5 drains (1 in each thigh and 3 in the abdominal area). Two were removed at my 1 week post op, 2 more were removed at my 2 week post op and the final was removed today (17 days post op). My incisions are already healing up beautifully, new skin is forming, and the bruising from the areas that had lipo done are slowly fading away. I've started my scar gel for all my incisions and am so excited to see that progress! Even today, still with my swelling and bruising, I am so incredibly impressed with what Dr. Buchanan was able to do. He changed my life and I am so grateful. My fiance has always found me to be beautiful but he cannot stop complimenting how small my hips and waist are now .... and there is nothing in the world that feels better than hearing that.
I am already in the process of reserving my phase 2 surgery for October or November when I will have my breasts and arms done with Dr. Buchanan and his team! There is no one else I will ever go to when I am considering plastic surgery!
