2nd post op

WORTH IT
Yesterday I had my 2nd post op and it went really well. I can now start little massages on my incision and lipo. I as well wore a body suit for the first time since having my surgery and I was totally pleased with my new look. My stomach is flat but still with minor swelling and my back bra lipo was on flat without any rolls showing through my body suit. I'm definitely pleased with the results so far. Can't wait until the swelling is completely gone. My 3rd post op is in 6 weeks with Dr. Conners hoping by then the majority of swelling will be gone. I'll post again throughout.

Thanks for your review. What is your height and weight?
July 31, 2022
You're welcome and I was originally 191 and now I'm at 172 so I've lost about 19lbs since my surgery. I'm going to post my before pics soon but yes this surgery has definitely helped with weight loss and I'm losing weight like every 2 to 3 days.

2nd post op tomorrow

Independent202405
I'm 14 days post op and feeling good but still swollen and starting to have these minor spasms at my incision area but it's manageable no medication required. I'm hoping the tape can come off tomorrow but we'll see. Post again soon.

Looking good so far. Do you feel pain or discomfort on either TT or lipo on back after surgery? Are you sleeping and moving around ok?
July 28, 2022
Thank you and I feel a little discomfort every now and then both from tt and lipo but nothing that requires medication. It comes and goes pretty fast. I'm definitely moving around everywhere and back at work. I sleep like normal but yestday I was able to finally lay on my sides both right and left which I'm so happy about as well as my man and I can cuddle again which I definetly love lol. Still swollen but overall coming along pretty good.

Oh thank you thank you!!! You help me feel so much better about this journey. I've never had surgery before so I was curious on the pain level during recovery. And the fact that you are back at work 14days post op?? Woop woop...good for you! Maybe I'm being dramatic thinking I'll be down for a whole month lol.

Trust me I 1000% understand your curiosity and being nervous. I stayed on this site 24/7 to get some level of comfort because I was so nervous so trust me I totally understand. Ask me any questions you may have to feel at ease. Yes I'm back to work and working out but it's light duty. It really just feels like I have a waist trainer on but not so tight. Yesterday I wore a body suit to my 2nd post op and it fit so nicely and I will post the pictures. I was just smiling because finally I was wearing a garment without a waist trainer and my stomach was flat and small. I'm really happy about how my clothes fit.

Wow, this makes me happy and puts me at ease a little. I've always had a belly and my back fat rolls really bother me. I can't wait to feel comfy in my own skin and stop hiding behind baggy clothes once this surgery is done.
I'll be traveling to my doctor so I may need an extra day or two but i hope my recovery is as smooth as yours.
Are there any supplies you use? For sleeping or anything?

Yes I understand and I wear a compression bra for the lipo I have alot of pillows. They're the best in keeping you comfortable and stable.

1st post op drains removed

Independent202405
So I had my 1st post op yesterday and it went really well. I was so nervous at first because I didn't know what to expect. However, Dr. Conners and Nurse Kaysi made me feel really comfortable and once I took a deep breath as instructed my drains were removed. It just felt like someone plucked me inside lol. I'm feeling really good and loving my new look. Although I still have swelling and some bruising from the lipo on my back I can see that the final results are going to be amazing. I'll post again on my 2nd post op next week.
