2.5 yrs out. Weight gain. Still look good
Been very bloated. I work a lot and haven’t been exercising. But wow I’m still so glad. Will make time for my arms in the new year!
Pushing two years out.
I’ve gained weight. But those results still look great. I just look bloated. But I had covid twice and haven’t been able to workout and I enjoy snacks. Such is life.
7 months. Numb and tender.
My skin hurts. Touching my stomach is such a strange feeling. It’s numb. Tight and somewhat painful. It only feels good if I have some sort of compression on. I still workout. Even with the gyms shut down I’ve rediscovered running and have been doing at home workouts. I wonder if this is just my new normal. I look great. I know that. But the sensation my skin feels sometimes makes my skin crawl. I guess from the nerves reattaching. Sigh.
