Finally getting my tummy back!!!

4 weeks post-op

WORTH IT$10,000
Today is the first day I don’t have to wear my abdominal binder and girdle all day. Still have to wear it at night for two more weeks. Feels weird, like I have no protection. Still have swelling, can’t wait to see everything at three months post-op.

I kept wearing mine for a long time because it really helped with swelling. I was like you that when I finally did stop wearing it, it was so strange! Definitely felt wrong to me for awhile! Lol

Office visit update

Well, I was able to get 1 drain removed. The other one should hopefully come out tomorrow or the next day. Also had belly button stitches removed to.

Post-op day 11

Well I go to the doctor today for my belly button stitches to get removed. I hope having them in11 days doesn’t leave a terrible scar. They said it would be fine, but I’m still unsure. I REALLY hope to get my drains out today. We will see. Fingers crossed!
