It seems unreal. I feel great. My confidence has reach new heights and I feel normal, if that makes since. Glad not to be tucking that kangaroo pouch in my panties. But I am tucking every top I wear in if it’s not fitted. Lol. My swelling isn’t bad at all but I still have some. I try to stay moving. If not, I will swell and feel sore. I’m ready to really start working out but MD recommended that I keep it light. My scar is thin and belly button looks good, it actually looks like it did prior to the TT. Money well spent. I will post more pics of my incision and belly button. Most of my stretch marks are one but I still have some above the navel. No biggie to me though. I would recommend that if you are of color or prone to getting stretch marks please start treating your skin prior to the surgery including your abdomen, butt, and thighs. The procedure is extensive and puts a lot of pressure on your body and stretches our skin.

I’m thrilled!
Still very much swollen but I can see a brighter future. I feel pretty good. My vagina is swollen but was told that is normal. I haven’t needed meds all day. Still taking my antibiotics, VitaminC, and flushing fluids.

Glad someone can relate and now you know there is hope. It's been a month now and I really feel great. My confidence has reach new heights. I feel like myself again
Good for you, you look great. I dream of wearing jeans without the roll and tuck! I am glad you feel like yourself again. I want to go through with it but still worry about the recovery with still having to do so much for my 3 kids. But the idea of being able to tuck in a shirt sounds so good! It’s the little things
Yeah the top of my coochie was bigger than normal and I was like what the hell...lol
Looks really good! Happy for you....thank you for sharing.
Thanks a lot! Congratulations to you too!
Thank you. Approaching my 6 month mark.

Progress
It has been a good day so far. The pain is gradually subsiding. I’m able to walk more and move around independently. I notice some spotting when I urinate and there is a slight burning or tingling sensation. (Hope that’s not too much information but figured I would share my full experience.) I have more swelling on my sides and upper buttocks. I have not taken the binder off yet. So I don’t even know what I look like. Sitting for long periods during my many naps, creates more soreness. I sit up for a minute or 2 then I get up and walk. Overall, I feel significantly better but taking my time.

Have you found out what was causing the spotting and burning?
The burning sensation was coming from the catheter. We are still uncertain what caused the spotting. I think it was just a lot of stress on my body.
