Wow. What an incredible result! You must be so happy. For my wound care, I used small amounts of bacitracin and gauze with sensitive tape. The gauze allowed the hole to be aired.

Yes this is servers infection. You would go to a clinic and see a wound expert. So it doesn't get worst
