Not sure what to expect but I want a flat tummy, good looking belly button, no muffin top and no stretch marks

Things are mostly back to normal with the exception I have not gone back to the gym.... I’ve it on the treadmill here and there but nothing consistent....I like my results going to see the ps Monday for my 3 month follow up....I swell most days in the evening but not dramatic and I still wear my cg everyday and last week I stopped sleeping with spanks.... I tried to get bikini area ward bad idea need Advil kept contracting my belly so it was really a no go today going back Thursday to embrace the uncomfortable feeling....clothes fitting much better lots of compliment in looking like I lost weight....but I really need to eat clean and hit the gym....don’t want to waste my $$$$

Things are progressing....some swelling still soreness in lipo area dr cleared me to workout....I think I look flatter.... can’t wait until 6 months....my incision is dark in 2 weeks I’ll stop using the silicone sheets and something to lighten my scar.... I still have dimples... hope those go away on there own .... dr says she had a fix.....and I should get flatter.....

I’m healing well.... I started with the silicone sheets not sure how well there are doing... I have nothing to compare but it seems to be flatten.... I wear the strips for 24 except in the shower... I wash them and let it dry....I purchased a med Marena cg.... I got the large on altered....going to pick it up Saturday ....I have a dimple the appears in the morning mainly .... dr said let the swelling go down and if it’s a problem she’ll handle it .... I sleep with spanks(was sleeping in cg until two days ago).... and in cg the rest of the day... flanks little sore.... can’t wait I go to the gym waiting or clearance dr says due to both surgeries I should wait longer....I see her in another month....dr says I still very swollen....what I see now is not final results ...I swell at the end of most days....belly button is healing well... I wish it was a lower.....
