Please baby Jesus let me keep these hips!!!! They can stay swollen for all I care. Pants fit like they love me! <3 Bless Dr. Shaddix!!

I feel amazing. I started walking a few miles here and there. I've done some light stretching, too. No twisting or tummy stretching. This was worth every penny!

Yassssssss I am living for these results!!!!!!!! You look phenomenal!!!!!!
Thank you!!!!
Wow! Your pics give me so much hope! I had my TT 1 week and 3 days ago. I also had lipo on flanks and thighs. I look just like your post op photos. Especially the incision and bruising! You look what I hope to look like at 5 weeks! This has given me so much hope! Thanks for posting updates and pics. I’ve been so discouraged lately.
Thank you!! Be patient. It gets better every week! I'm 6 wpo and still feel like things are changing. For me, 3 weeks was when I started feeling really good about the potential of my results.
Thanks for responding. I’ll be looking forward to week 3! I hope to get my drain removed this week. One step at a time I guess.
Look at you!! You look fantastic. That makes me so happy. And your hips do look great. They will stick around. I'm so glad you are pleased.
Thank you! You've changed my life!
Wow!!!
You look great!! I'm going for my consult with Shaddix in April.I have been wanting this FOREVER. Do you have updated pics ? How does your scar look now? Did your hips stay?

5 weeks. Swelling... meh

So I guess I'm swollen. Lol! These were taken at 6:30 pm after working a sedentary desk job all day. I need to remember to get up and walk. It helps. My pants leave indents and my one hip is a little jiggly. I honestly do NOT care. I look and feel a hexk of a lot better than I did before!! I don't wear compression garments and I don't plan to. If I had to choose between a faja and swelling, I choose swelling. It hasn't been uncomfortable except for one time. The scar looks good to me. It's kind of red but I just took the silicone tape off right before the pics. I love where I am right now and I look forward to progressing through the next year season by season and seeing how my body heals. I plan to walk and do some gentle stretching starting next week. I am 100% upright and finally had a proper morning stretch this week. It was amazing!! Funny the stuff you miss. I hope you are all doing well!

you are speaking the truth on morning stretching, thanks for the reminder... so when did you stop using the compression wrap? I've never been a fan of them so im nervous!!
My PS said to use it for 3 weeks then do what is comfortable. I did the velcro one 24/7 for 3 weeks then didn't use anything for 2 weeks and was great! I heard all the hype about compression garments so I tried it for a week and I'm not a fan so I stopped. I'm not swelling like I see with some people. I know I'm swollen because my PS said I was a couple weeks ago and I get indents from my jeans and stuff but it doesn't bother me. So I don't wear compression.
Nice :)

4 weeks

I'm feeling really good. I'm 99.5% upright. I was told I don't have to wear compression after 3 weeks so I'm not. I am almost the same size in the morning and evening so I don't feel the need. I started using silicone gel and straps on the scar. Now, I guess we just wait. :-)
