Dr. Widder and His Staff Are TOP NOTCH!!

I'm two weeks out. I had an appointment 3 days ago. Pics were taken on that date. I'm still very swollen so I only expect the results to get better.
I'm walking upright now. My home was pretty much geriatric retrofitted. I purchased a lifting recliner, raised toilet seat, a walker, a shower stool, a bed stabilizer. Tons of mumu gowns. Gatorade zero, low salt crackers, protein shakes, and tons of help from my hubby and my Mom who flew in from Ohio to help.
I was on meds for several days but have either completed them or stopped taking them (narcotic pain meds for Tylenol extra strength). I took a month off of work and truly disconnected. I really wanted to give myself a fair chance to heal as much as possible before my Mom left, I returned to work and life returned to crazy.
Dr. Widder was very pleased with my progress and couldn't be happier!!

Dr. Widder and his staff Ms. JoJo, Ms. Vanessa, Ms. Rebecca, Mr. Todd and others provide a complete package of care. He has over 30 years of experience and it truly shows. I appreciated that he has had numerous experiences performing on women of color with tons and tons of before and after pictures. His communication regarding keloids and hypertrophic scaring let me know that he knew what he was talking about. The incision couldn't be a nicer curve, not sure what my belly button looks like at this point, but based on his past pictures, I'm sure it is great!

I had a drainless tummy tuck. I'm in pain, however it is nothing like the twin c-section I endured 2 years ago. After having three kids and a kangaroo sac overhang, I figured it was time to do something for me. I did quite a bit of research, but no provider started the conversation with SAFETY like Dr. Widder did.

I appreciated having the procedure contacted in an in a medical suite where everyone's attention would be on me and I wouldn't be in a hospital with sick people. I appreciated that he took his time to quilt me and work with the ruminants of abdominal liposuction scaring from my past. The lipo was a total waste. The best option would have been through a full tummy tuck due to the loose skin. Anyone trying to tell me different deserved the side eye. I really appreciate having the drainless option, making recovery less complex. Additionally, he doesn't mix lip and the TT in the same procedure, I knew the research and he communicated it without being prompted. Combining both increases complication risks by 10 fold. I'm only two days out, but I truly can feel a big different. Dr. Widder and all of his crew are top notch. The office is a bit dated, but don't let that deter you from getting the best care and results in the DMV.
