11 wks Post Op. Recovery has been very smooth. Very pleased with my scar, still using Mederma and Bio Oil on it. I’ve stopped wearing my faja, now I wear my waist trainer ALL day and sleep without any compression. I’m back in the gym and doing a lot of cardio. Currently 156lbs. Not trying to lose weight just tone.

My Experience was amazing!I had surgery 2/3/21 Dr Mike and his team was great from beginning to end. I seen him at Beyond Beauty in Miami. Dr Mike was very professional and nice, even before meeting him in person he responded to all my questions via social media. I’m beyond pleased with my results! I’ll definitely be seeing him again. And would recommend him in a heart beat.

Great job.... how was the healing of your navel? Is I back to some normalcy?
Well considering I had to get a new navel because my old one had a keloid on it. I love it. It’s still a little dark where the stitches was but It’s 100000% better from before and i plan on getting a tattoo to cover it and my scar
