Dr Larry Fan's Amazing Care

I'm in my forties with two boys, who are 12 and 10. My last pregnancy left me with a lot of loose skin around my navel, as well as diastasis recti. I've always been fairly lean, around 132lbs at 5' 6". My loose skin was s source of confidence loss for me, having to look for clothes and swimwear that cover the area around my navel. In recent years, as the kids got older, I've had more time to care for myself, including being more active (gym classes, cycling, running, swimming, vacation). I want to regain the confidence and ease I used to have about my body, so I started researching options and am so grateful to have found Dr Larry Fan. I had my tummy tuck 1.5 weeks ago and have gone through the worst of the recovery. I am so excited to be on this journey and to see the end product. Dr Larry Fan and his team at 77 Plastic Surgery have made this journey simple for my to navigate. I came in for the initial consult about three months ago, where Dr Fan carefully assessed my candidacy and explained the treatment process. His staff explained the logistics, which was all new to me as I have never had elective surgery before. Surgery is not new to me though - I've had couple of ACL reconstructions and a C-section, so well aware of the risks and side effects that come with surgery. For a person who has never had surgery, this may be something to consider more carefully. I knew I wanted the change; I had been considering it for a few years, and now finally have more time for myself AND the financial capability to take the plunge. Dr Fan is a real artist. I have been so impressed every step of the way. He is careful, methodical, patient, and always ready to answer any question. Just before my surgery, he took time to carefully map my body and plan out the changes. The surgery itself took about five hours. My lymphatic drainage massage specialist (who has about twenty years experience in post-op recovery) commented that my tummy tuck is one of the best she's seen and asked for Dr Fan's details to pass on to her other clients. For anyone considering a tummy tuck, I'd definitely recommend doing that initial consult at least. The recovery process is not easy, and finally at 1.5 weeks, I'm feeling more normal and much less pain/ache. I am already pretty sure it is well worth it, and cannot wait for full recovery!
