Dr. Kaufman and His Team Exceeded my Expectations
I would like to say Dr.Kaufman is the hidden Gem of Cleveland, Ohio. I want start by saying how pleasant Natalie was. No matter how many times I called her she answered all of my questions. I went to my consultation and explained my bad experience I had with a previous procedure with a doctor in Miami. Dr. Kaufman looked at me and confidently told me “ Don’t worry I will fix your problem and you will be happy”. On the day of surgery Dr. Kaufman and the entire team treated me like family and was so attentive to me as if I was the only patient there. Dr. Kaufman marked me up, then the entire team came in a introduced themselves and asked me if I have any questions without making me feel rushed. I really loved how my nurse Leann made me feel like we were old friends (We both are Taurus) lol. The OR nurse came in and introduced herself and assured she would be right by my side for the entire surgery. I came out of surgery and when I woke up Dr. Kaufman and my nurse were the first faces I saw. Dr Kaufman told me he was very happy with what he did to my belly and he thinks I will be happy too. I love how they called my husband and kept him informed. When it was time for me to leave the team made sure I felt ok and had already arranged for my pain meds. I was wheeled out to my car by 2 nurses and they made sure I got into the car safely. I got home and on day 3 I had to change my dressing and got a glimpse of my belly and Omggggg I was beyond shocked at how beautiful my belly looked. Dr. Kaufman exceeded my expectations. I had such a great day with Dr. Kaufman and his entire team. I can’t think of one bad thing that happened that day. Thank You Dr. Kaufman, Natalie, Leeann, Kelly, Ashley, Kristina, Vanga, Fratushi Russel. And the entire team.
