did you get the pain shot? Exaparel?
Yes I did
I believe that help the first few days cause I was feeling good not in pain just discomfort
Thats the vibe I need. Going for November!!!
Yassss, did you go with the same Dr. Or you went with another one?
November is right around the corner wishing you the best
Yes girl. Dr.Lowney. I am even getting more work done. Lipo 360 BBL and a tummy tuck. I am so excited. I feel like November is so far away lol
Omg you are going to look fabulous, you go girl
If you have any questions before surgery you can ask me
I will help as much as I can
Thank you so much. How was it like the day of surgery? Was there a long wait? Whats the process like? Also how are you maintaining your figure now and after surgery? I am getting the bbl and lipo360 first and then in 4 months I get the TT due to alot of extra skin I have he says I would get the best results separating the two.
Well the day of surgery was very quick; I was originally scheduled for 12 pm but the 1st case was canceled and the Dr. called me to go in at 9am.
Once I arrived everything happened so quickly no wait no nothing straight in, some questions and a prayer and on to the flat side.
Now the day before the surgery for my Pre OP I sign some papers and spoke to the Dr.
To maintain my figure I workout 5X a week with some cardio and toning
Now that I'm at the 6 month mark im starting to do some ab exercise just because I will like to get a 6 pack lol but the definition my belly has now is cute and I like it, I just want to tone a little bit more.
Were you hunched over alot? What was more painful, TT or the lipo? Also what tips do you have for recovery? I am more worried about the TT then the bbl.
Where you worried about the tattoo at all? I see that your stomach looks amazing but he cut the art off lol scar cream recommendations?? Sorry for all the questions
I'm not sure about the bbl cause I haven't had one but about the TT, I was hunch over for like 3 days then i was able to lift my self little by little up straight. The TT insicion didn't hurt only the muscle repair because you basically use your muscles for everything so that's gunna be a little bit of a bother and your lower back is going to hurt cause of the hunch over position . Try to walk a few min every hour if you can cause it helps to not feel so stiff and it gets the circulation going. Now the lipo girl that's where your pain begins the lipo in my back was the worst pain I had because everytime I'll sit or put my back on something I just felt like my skin was ripping off more so like if the skin was attaching back together and you move it out of place, not sure if you understand me but you will see what I'm talking about and it was only on my back the lipo in the front didn't bother; its going to be very sensitive.
But girl believe me its not anything you can't handle
I was so happy that I was getting this TT done after 4 yrs of research that I didn't care about the tattoos lol. Scar creams I was using silagen gel for the first 3 month recommended by Dr. Lowney but I really didn't like it just because the process of just waiting on the gel to dry up before getting dress I find the strips to be better I ended up buying scar away strips and they did the job and they are so much cheaper too. Dnt worry about all the questions girl if I can help you or anybody in their journey I will.
Thanks for all this info I am so nervous about these surgeries and it's amazing opportunity to be able to talk to someone that has got a procedure done by the same doctor! That being said I heard I will need some massages? Not sure if that is the same for the TT but it is supposedly essential to smooth out the skin after lipo? And if so how bad does it hurt if its already tender! Did you feel out of it for the first few days? I have never had anything done so again I am dead nervous! But excited. Any info you think I should know would be awesome.
I think you also talked about how your insecurities. Hows it like on the other side of things? Is it really like a completely new good feeling toward your body. I have alot of extra skin rn(you will see when I post before pictures on here) and it has made me so insecure for such a long time. I am engaged and want to be able to feel sexy again!l after having my kids! I always wear oversized clothes.. Does it feel like your a new woman, like your free from that part you disliked?
Massages that's what they say right well I thought I was going to be able to get them and that didn't happen why because you soared and sensitive its going to hurt so bad.
What I did was I was massaging myself making sure I was pushing all the liquid in my body down to the drains or straight through the lipo holes, when I got home about 7 days after surgery I took my back massager and slowly massage my back and sides
That workout for me instead of having someone that's not feeling your pain massage you.
It's a big change a good one at that, I was so insecure before with my gut I couldn't wear nothing sexy cause I didn't feel sexy, after surgery everything changes for good you do feel sexier about your appearance everything you wear look so good with the curves.
Believe me this change is going to be worth it once all that swelling start to settle down you will see that the results are worth whatever pain you go through.
Beautiful results, Looking snatched!

I feel fantastic every day it gets better and easier for me to move around, not on pain meds still a lil swollen on my lower stomach I guess that's normal being that its only been a week and 5 days. My back was the worst pain from lipo it still hurts a lil when touch.

My results looked great right away but after swelling and skin relaxes just set expectations that this isn’t your final result.
I have my days where I'm really swollen and my days where my abdomen looks fantastic, I know this is going to be for months maybe up to a yr idk. I can't wait to see my final results.
Heyy I am getting Lipo 360 and tummy tuck! Thanks to your results!! Will share on this account soon! Just wanted to thank you.
You welcome, wish you the best results and a speedy recovery.
Can't wait to see your Post-OP pic.
