Dr Calobrace did an amazing job

I have had a "pooch" since I hit puberty. I can not remember ever having a lay tummy. I was thin in high school but till had that ft roll below my belly button. As I got older and finer weight-- it got bigger. I had one child (delivered by c/s) 20 years ago in Oct 15, 1999. I hit a high eight of 258 in 2018. I was disgusted with myself. I made the decision to have gastric sleeve surgery and I lost 90 pounds in a year! But I still had that "pooch".... so I did my research and choose Dr Calobrace in Louisville to get a tummy tuck. My surgery was scheduled on Oct 15, 2019. (Exactly 20 years from my son's birth). I am now 4 weeks out and could not be happier! First the first time in my life I don't have a fat roll!!! I look down and can't believe it's gone! Dr Calobrace did amazing job-- he's so friendly and a perfectionist in what he does!!! I never for one second (even at my most painful days) regretted doing it. The pain is real... but not THAT bad... if you use your pain meds -- it is fine. But you definitely need a support person to help you even do basic things like get out of bed for the first few days! My Mom moved in with me for about 6 days and she was my personal nurse (dressing changes, chauffeur to appointments and chef-- can't thank her enough). My advice is to o your research and choose a good surgeon... you won't regret it!!!
