Necrotic tissue and infection - now left disfigured

I had a full abdominoplasty on 1st April which was booked through Hermes Clinics I have been left having 2 lots of surgery in the UK and am now fitted with a vacuum machine. Surgeons in the UK said that Dr Vugar should never have performed surgery on me due to a large existing scar which comprised the blood flow to the new scar. No one is taking responsibility and I’m now left disfigured for life. Shocking behaviour from the surgeon and Hermes. I had to have so much flesh cut away to rid my tummy of necrotic tissue and infection. When photos were sent to Dr Vugar when the necrosis was realised he said it was normal. I’m so thankful to the NHS for their care and compassion

If you don't mind me asking; what was the prior surgery scar like that he cut through, and how was it positioned that it would cause something this horrible?

I hate you're going through this, I had so many inches of my colon removed and my wound ended up getting infected while I was in the hospital after a 7 day stay (only supposed to be 3 days) and they sent me home. I was back at the hospital that next night listening to the E.R. doctor tell me I have a horrible case of staff infection in my wound and they would need to admit me and schedule the doctor to reopen the wound. I was in the hospital another 5 days then out with a nurse in the day and my husband and family at night to irrigate my wound until they were able to put me in a wound vac.
