Disasters , Neglected by the Surgeon Unprofessional Assistant Irresponsible Agency to Go with

After 5 months on my surgery I’m back here to here to rate the aftercare service , no one contacted me from either the agency or the doctor team , it was me who had to contact and complain about my belly bottom all the time , they were saying it ok , it’s will get better , since day 5 they were saying it’s ok it will get better , even where I was complaining that I don’t have a belly bottom I only have a hole

Than I have noticed that’s not true , and it’s a hole , after several complains the doctor assistant decided to call me and blame me for not taking care of my belly bottom , and she was very unprofessional and rude to a patient as a was very unhappy and frustrated from the result , the agency said that I have to go back to them and pay for my fees for the doctor to re do it for me , which I find very not fair as it’s the doctor mistake since day one , there was no belly bottom , and they suppose to take the responsibility, plus I wanted to speak to the Surgeon , surgeon didn’t replay to my text , and didn’t bothered to call me after all the months of complaints I have been asking to speak to the surgeon , 5 months since my operation the surgeon didn’t take 5 minutes from his time to call me and make me secure .

I’m very chocked and disappointed from dr salih and his team , I don’t really advise anyone to go there
