How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Its Been a Disaster from the Very Day of Surgery and Ongoing
I looked at many surgeons and picked Rolando because he seemed to have the best skill, at least I thought. I am over 2 months out and it looks almost as bad as pre surgery. Once they got my money it seemed like I became the least of their worries. I emailed and called and left voicemails and never a response.
When I went to my consult I told Dr. Morales I had a umbilical hernia. He checked me and said you don't. Well right after surgery he told me I had 3 hernias that he fixed. I asked billing if they could write that in my charts for that way I could file it with my insurance and they said they don't do that type of thing.
Meanwhile every other surgeon I talked to said they would. Why does the surgeon care if the patient gets money towards his surgery. I never got an answer of course on that. But my results are beyond poor.
