Clothes fit better & I just feel good after tummy tuck

I’ve had diastasis recti for a few years due to two of my pregnancies and had finally decided to have it fixed. As it was causing me back issues. Since I was undergoing surgery I also decided to get a breast lift. My Dr. referred me to The Plastic Surgery Group and I had an exceptional experience from Dr. Lee and the clinic. From booking the consultation, pre-op and to post-op appointments. Dr. Lee was very informative and gave his honest advice and opinions customized to my needs. Audra is the friendly face at reception who took care of appointments and financial communication. From the surgical team on surgery day who made me feel welcome and comfortable. They took great care of me! And to the amazing Jaid who always answers my emails and took care of me post op with calling to see how I’m doing, removing my tapes and drains, etc. In regards to post op, I suggest having someone assist you for at least 1-2 weeks as you definitely can’t do things yourself. You will have drains and most likely cannot have them off for 5 days which means no showers! They will need to assist you with going to the washroom, making a meal and just getting up. Expect to have weekly post op appointment leaving up to 3-4 weeks of recovery as they need to check your incision lines. Overall I am very happy with my experience and I do not regret undergoing this surgery. Clothes fit better and I just feel good which I haven’t felt in a while. It’s changed my life!
