Day before surgery. Getting very anxious!

WORTH IT$7,700
Trying to be prepared for tomorrow's surgery. I know I can do it but I'm getting nervous. I need to get my tummy back so I can continue making myself look as great as I feel. I am blessed with wonderful fiance who will be with me a few days. My 3 kids 17, 19 and 21 and this will not interfere with trying to raise them. I was trying to find the perfect timing but I don't think there is one.

You're going to do great. I just had my TT last Tuesday and I recovered and was back on my feet with some soreness in a few days. Good luck. Nerves I'm sure are setting in but you wake up before you know it in the recovery room.

Glad to hear you're hanging in there. For me the day of surgery and the day after were the toughest. More in regards to pain and soreness and adjusting to the new "normal". For myself I'm feeling really good o ly being 7days po. Definitely not as active as I was prior to surgery but each day is better. I've been doing walks outside down and back up my street, you get really swollen/bloated from moving which is normal but is encouraged to prevent clots and such. After day 2po I was pretty much good and just counting down the days til drains removed. They're very annoying. I had nights were they just wouldn't sit right. I didn't sleep through the night until the 6th night. I woke up a lot in the middle of the night and that'd a good time to take another pain pill. Mornings are tough cause your so stiff from sleeping all night. I found once I got up and moving things got better. Days passed slowly just sitting watching TV all day but try to get up and move as much as possible. Good luck. I eat you look fantastic. I'll keep my eye open for your progress.

Ok I will update soon Going to go back for post up b this morning and will add pics I got up this morning feeling very stiff with burning at my incision site Very painful to say the least I was hoping the pain pills would knock it out but they aren't very strong I normally don't take any meds other than vitamins so I hoped they would keep the pain down This correct is very tight they said in would get some type of girdle today at my doc visit I hope it's more comfy

Day 2

NorthFlorida27
Day two has been very painful so far Stayed up most of the night in pain The pain killers also made me feel itchy We had to go see doctor today to remove bandages and tape I didn't take that very well everything looked good though according to my doc I don't like the garment so far it is squeezing me too much and goes down to my thighs I didn't have lipo down that far so not sure why I have this one with legs in it I am very sore right now and think I need to get back home and sleep

Hang in there! Each day will get alittle better and you already look fabulous. Flat Side! The first few were definitely the toughest. I was allowed to take Benadryl as well which minimized the itchiness from the compression garment and pain killers.
