Best decision ever
With my ocd tendencies I consulted with 10 board certified surgeons for a tummy tuck. Dr. Rau was my first choice to schedule a consult & no other ps came close to him. Starting with the entire experience, his office staff is 100% amazing. I felt so cared for as a potential patient with zero pressure to book a procedure that instant. As a patient you will feel cared for as a whole. Dr Rau took the time during my consult to answer each and every question I had as well as explain the "why" behind how he would perform my procedure. This was HUGE in my level of comfort with making my decision.
Booking my procedure with Hannah was a breeze, even when I had the opportunity to move my surgery up by 2 months she made it happen.
Surgery day was coordinated well, the outpatient surgery center nurses were amazing & kept my hubby informed which I appreciated!
Day after follow up I walked into the office and they were waiting by the door prepped for me. That was a godsend they made sure I was comfortable.
Now my results... nothing short of amazing & honestly better then I ever anticipated. My son was born 20 years ago so for 20 years I've been super self conscious about my appearance. In two weeks of healing that has changed. I still get emotional about how amazing my results are.
