Most of my regular interactions were with the nurse and office staff, but it was a great experience. Dr. Taylor answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable that I’m a candidate for the surgery. The surgery was a success and they gave me great aftercare instructions. I called in with my drain numbers for the first few weeks. Recovery was exactly how they described and so I had very realistic expectations.
I’m still getting used to my belly button. And I think that’s probably the only thing that I’m feeling a little unsure about. But have been told that it changes a lot with time and I think it will grow on me.
