So I’m 1 week post op tummy tuck, full body lipo, and bbl in Colombia. This has definitely mentally been the hardest week of my life. I have such a low pain tolerance and I only thought about the pain of the surgery, I didn’t think about having Cannulas inserted 5 times into my hands and wrists for a pain pump, the painful as hell massages I’ve been getting every day since my surgery, the pain of the drains after 5 days and how it hurts to move, but also hurts to stay still, literally getting my vagina stuck in my faja zipper ????. All of those things being said I’m still happy I did it. I’m originally From Canada but live in New Zealand with my husband who is originally from Colombia so we are here visiting his family which makes my recovery much nicer. I have an 8 month old son and he’s being taken such great care of by his grandparents and my husband. Plus for the first time since I was a kid when I lean over I don’t have loose skin!!! Even with the swelling I can already see how great it looks and I am so damn happy. Just so ready for the pain to be over.

Strangely enough for me right now the worst pain is my lower back. During my massages that has also been BY FAR the most painful spot to massage. I end up digging my fingernails into my husbands shoulder and screaming obscenities! Now I’ve noticed that my lower back has swollen up and is so tender ????

Did you had lipo on your lower back. My worst pain it hasn't been the tummy tuck but the lipo area on my lower back. I'm starting massage this week which is 2 week post

Yes I did! It was so bloody painful for me, but thank god at 19 days post op it’s a lot better. I’ve also had 15 massages by now though so lots of hard days!

It will get better! I totally know your pain though. I had such a hard time sleeping. It was awful

Sore as hell today. Feel like I’m day 2 post op again which honestly makes me want to cry. Drains are stinging like hell and I’ve been told to expect getting them out day 15 :(. Just wish I could sleep the whole day away to be honest. Still so happy with my results but days like this are so hard mentally.

Why do you choose Dr. Garcia? What kind of surgery? How much? Are you going to Medellín or Bucaramanga? I will be in Medellín

If you want we can be in contact. I speak Spanish and know very well Medellín. What clinic are you going to have your surgery? I suggest IQ. Don’t go to the other one that they offer. So far I made reservation in Affinity apartments in Poblado it’s close to the office doctor. I know that Dr. Garcia works in IQ too. I am trying to contact the nurse that the doctor’s office recommended me. I pay US$85 for 2 people at night including breakfast.
I can’t contact any of Dr. Garcia patients either.
I will be happy to help you in any way. Now I am praying for clarity in my mind
