I finally decided to get rid of the belly that bothered me even when I was my goal weight. Ive had 3 babies. My oldest os 21, youngest 9. I aw 4 plastic surgeons and decided on Dr. Soltero after really looking at his work over the past few years and the way he was during the consult. He was the most expensive MD I saw in Mexico, but I knew I wanted the best. I scheduled my surgery Feb 25, 2026.
I was ready but nervous the day of my surgery. The hospital was 5 min from the border and my husband was able to stay with me. I got an extended tummy tuck, Lipo 360 , and fat transfer to my hip dips. Surgery lasted about 5 hrs.
I was amazed at how painless my surgery was. I took Tylenol and ibuprofen for 1 week. I was more sore and tired from sleeping sitting up. 1000% recommended buying those foam position things that help you get comfortable ( I got mine on Amazon for $45). My belly button did die..but the nurse at the docs office started me on a topical gel that would help the skin come off and heal. Had 2 drains for 2 weeks. My doc did recommended post op lymphatic massages twice a week after the first week.
I work in a hospital and returned to work at 4 weeks, hunched over still like a grandma ahahaha. I felt back to myself at 6 weeks and have been feeling better and better each week.
I used the fajas for 3 months. Now faja free and LOVING my results. I wish I would have taken the plunge and done this years ago. Oh, I do have a breast augmentation from years ago but left them alone
