WORTH IT
I have been researching both the tummy tuck and breast lift for years now. Everything worked out and the right time was now so. I will post pics later of my tummy tuck but have attached my breast lift.

Hey lady! I noticed it said Crossfit chick and 1980!! I’m going to be doing my mommy makeover on dec 4th! After 4 kids and lotsa weight fluctuations! I would love to follow your journey. I’m hoping to do recovery videos and workout progress when the time comes! I just turned 40 so this is my gift back to myself and i agree with what you said “I’ve taken care of everyone else! It’s my turn now!”

That is awesome, congrats on your surgery. I definitely look forward to seeing your fitness journey and will post progress pics as I am cleared to do physical fitness through this process. Happy healing!

Almost 2 weeks post op

I am almost two weeks post op and feeling really good so far. My energy is maybe at 85% but I try to keep moving and then I rest when I feel I need to. Still swollen on my tummy and breasts still healing but so far so good. It feels so good to not jack my shorts up to cover up my mom stomach. Looking forward to continued healing! So happy I did it!

Three Weeks Post Op

crossfitchick1980
I returned back to my desk job this week and while my energy lagged early on in the week, I finally felt more energized by today. All of my stitches were removed and while I am still swollen, I am enjoying my new body. I am chomping at the bits to be able to workout but I know I'm not quite there in the healing stage, plus I havent been cleared by my doctor. This photo is me at the end of my work day...abdomen swollen but I am so very happy :)

Hello and congrats on your surgery. I am looking into getting a makeover as well. Just very scared of the recovery So I will ask questions if that's ok with you
