I never met Naivi only Zelle info for payments. The business says contract then for any concerns after surgery. Well, they don’t respond. When they finally did they said go to my pcp. No follow up advice at all. I was told to come see the doctor Friday, when I arrived I was told the doctors not there. Horrible post op experience
