I highly recommed Dr Ross! He has been extremely helpful and patient with me throughout my journey, especially because it took me nearly 4 years of several consultations with him for me to finally decide to go ahead and do the surgery. He has been extremely helpful from day one. He helped me decide what procedures were right for me (abdominoplasty and mastopexy) and made sure that my expectations were well managed. I also noticed how important patient safety is for him, he made me feel like this was always his priority, such as how long he wanted to keep me under general anaesthetic from, whether I should or not choose to put implants, etc. I honestly felt like he never tried to convince me to go ahead, he respected my time and when I was ready, we went ahead with it. On the day of the surgery, I had an emotional breakdown and almost gave up and left the hospital before going to theatre. Once again, he was extremely helpful and kind, and helped me manage my emotions by talking to me until I was ready. Even in this situation, in no moment I felt forced to go ahead. The surgery itself went extremely well, my hospital stay was as good as it can be and I received great care from all the staff. I was discharged the next day to recover from home. Every time I had any concerns about my healing process, he called me straight away and gave me his advice. He was exceptional in every possible way. I am extremely happy with my results, this surgery has profoundly changed my life for the best.
