I am so excited to continue to transform my body in just 23 days. I previously had my implants removed, a capsulectomy and breast lift in September 2018. I had a fat transfer in July 2019. In three weeks I will have a full tummy tuck and 2nd fat transfer. Dr . Travis Holcombe has been my wonderful surgeon and made me want to continue improving my health and self confidence. Most of my excess skin is in my upper abdomen from carrying my babies very high and left over from recent weight loss. At 61 years old I feel better in the last 2 years than the previous 30 years! I will be posting photos soon. Hope this will help others to go for it!!

These photos were taken last week. As you can see the loose skin in abdomen mainly in upper to mid abdomen. This is my problem area left over from 2 babies and my recent weight loss. I am really looking forward to tightening up this area and adding the extra fat to my breasts!

I am super excited that surgery is just 1 week from today!! I have continued to ride my bike over 10 miles each morning and have done so since April 1st. The gyms had closed down due to COVID and this has been such great therapy each morning!! It keeps my head clear and has strengthened my legs. My core strength will be lacking for some time after surgery! I have so appreciated the stories shared by so many and hope to share more of my own as I continue my own journey!!

I'll be 61 at the end of the month and I'm now 19 day post op. I had a tummy tuck with liposuction on June 16 th. I'm sooooo happy with my results, I've got the body I never had, lolo. I will tell you that one of the best investments I made was buying a pregnancy pillow from Amazon. It looks like a big U. You can shape any way you want. It gave me great support when I was sitting on my couch and when I was in bed. I don't ever want to be without it. This week will fly by, keep us posted!

Hi jcber, Doing pretty well. I found an inexpensive recliner on Amazon which has been great. Padded it up with soft down pillows and I sleep like a baby!! I do have to get up several times a night just to go pee. Feel so fortunate that my discomfort has been pretty minimal. Sleeping has been my favorite activity!!
