Day 9 Brachioplasty
It’s been a daily routine of changing my pads twice daily! I was given a different crème to add a silvidine crème to help with one of my arms same with tummy tuck working with belly button issues but coming along slowly
Dr Magic Mike my Day Finally Came!
Everything has gone just as expected with Dr. Rodriguez! I am on day 5 recovery from my tummy tuck and arm brachioplasty. The family he works out of Gentera is a pleasure to go to. It is large and clean and friendly front desk staff! Dr Rodriguez has a great bedside manner, very matter of fact way of being, there is nothing he won’t tell you and took a lot of time pre surgery telling me what to expect. Post surgery I’m only day 5

Let’s start at the beginning or after a 75 pound weight loss I contacted several doctors but one I’ve kept my eye on with Dr. magic in Miami. I also reviewed other locations out of the country but decided this was my best option. What I liked about the Gentera location was the fact that they always answered my phone calls and I had so many questions prior to surgery. I didn’t have to put down a deposit prior to even having a Initial online consultation with the doctor and the nurse. That was wonderful because I wasn’t sure if I would be excepted because my BMI had to be under 40 and even though I lost a lot of weight I was still around 38 BMI and they wanted me to lose a few more pounds which I did. Friday was my surgery I had a tummy tuck and brachioplasty. Today is day 4. Omg thank god I paid extra to have the Exparel. It’s an additional nerve block that help me not feel that much pain in my tummy after surgery. Especially since I was having another procedure on the arms I’m having difficulty moving around a little bit I will keep you posted as I hit my week follow up this Friday. I’m happy with the location they asked me to stay here a week for a follow up and I’ve been there twice already Saturday I came in for a follow up treatment they looked at my wounds and gave me an IV therapy. Yesterday I came in for another check up and I was gonna do a hyperbaric therapy but I was not feeling up to it and I was feeling a little weak so hopefully I can get to do it before I leave.
