Things are going well. Despite eating healthy and exercising, I gained 3 kg! From 65 to 68. In Jan, I had a minor revision on my Belly button and my left side. All good now.

Just realized its been 7 months since the surgery. Took pictures of 6months but life got busy and didnt post. Doing well. Running and doing exercises but not crazy workout abs. Gaining up and down and watching my diet. I am so happy that I did. Definitely less bloated, less bak aches and less peeing my pants. In Jan I will have belly button revision. Cant wait for Mexico trip:)

Every day I notice getting better and have my mobility back to normal. Started physio to slowly engage my abs without pushing too hard. My surgeon also said after 6months I can start but I am a bit scared to tear the scar tissue. Try to jog 20-30 min once or twice a week. Depends on my time. Started back at Stevenash classes Just this week and it was hard so I made sure I modify my core exercises. I noticed my right side of ab a bit painful. PS will do minor touch up on belly button and left side which needs a bit more skin out. Otherwise I am static with the result although don’t like my flanks and wonder if I should have done something with it or just exercise more. Spent so much money on new clothes

My first consult was Dr. Abedi for TT with muscle repair, no lipo and breast lift. I was impressed with her knowledge and how she answered our questions especially my husband’s, he was not on board. She spent more than the other doctor in examination and double checking my body and answering questions. I decided to have surgery with her. Surgery went well. She did an amazing job on my breast and TT. She was open in seeing me anytime I asked for it. Twice in a week! Her nurse, Kristy is super nice and caring. Always answers the phone, emails back promptly. I was also able to get the exact date I wanted. Very happy and impressed with Dr. Abedi's skill. Three weeks post op, still a long way to go and but looking amazing.
