3 years post-op TT & have constant tightness & a dark purple, horizontal scar

I'm nearly 3 YEARS post-op and still have constant, uncomfortable pulling and tightness. I no longer have enough abdominal skin to do all the physical activities I used to do. (When I told him this at a recent follow up he had no response.) So either I wasn't a good candidate for the surgery to begin with or he took too much skin during surgery. On top of my new handicap, I still have a dark purple, horizontal scar he recently suggested cutting away via revision surgery (which common sense dictates would stretch it even tighter, if that's possible.) Worse, my new "belly button" looks like an anus. (My young son told me it made him "want to throw up".) He offered to do a revision on that, too and they promptly sent me a quote but in the end I decided to leave it alone, lest it get worse. Probably would have been better off having the surgery in Mexico. So much remorse..
