I’m happy with how mine turned out. My scar also sits low enough to cover with swimsuit bottoms. During recovery, I did worry about the swelling and sent the clinic messages on WhatsApp, sometimes late in the evening. They replied and talked through my concerns. Having someone to contact helped when I wasn’t sure what to make of the changes.
