Same here! Offered to fix and remove the severe burns on my back and I trusted it'll be less noticeable- wrong. My back is scarred forever. Large scars. Too embarrassed to show my back to anyone. I'm more self conscious now. I don't know what to do at this point. Pretty depressing.
