Bad Experience. There were problems from the beginning

Dr. Zubowicz performed my Tummy Tuck 12/19 and there were problems from the beginning. I was excited by the fact that he did not use drains after the surgery, but had no idea that there was a probability of developing a seroma (buildup of clear bodily fluids) which made the left side of my stomach protrude, and this had to be drained several times (still slightly protruding 4/21)During my subsequent visits for drainage and regular follow-ups, I became concerned about the numbness and swelling, still being so prominent. Dr. Zubowick then stated that the recovery period could take up to six months. When entering my 9th month of post surgery and experiencing the same uncomfortable symptoms, I consulted the Dr., and was told this time , that it could take up to a year. It has now been a year and 5 months, and I was just told that the recovery/healing process could take two years up to an entire lifetime! The fact that his prognosis changed at every visit, is alarming. I would have never undergone cosmetic surgery with even a 1% chance of having problems/discomfort, for the remainder of my life. I have two other friends who had the same surgery during the month of 12/19, and they have not experienced any difficulties. I realize that everyone is different, but the fact that he so freely changes his prognosis to fit the situation, is unethical, in my opinion. I would definitely not recommend Dr. Zubowicz. I have given him two stars because the scar healed very well, and I look a bit better with my clothes on. At this point, I am most concerned about what is happening internally.
