I feel botched - I have rolls on my sides, one bigger than the other

Totally dissatisfied. I feel botched. I have rolls on my sides- one bigger than the other. At post op, I told him how I felt & he said it’s swelling, it will go down or I need to get a back lift to get rid of them. I’m so discouraged bc I have a flat tummy in the front but rolls protruding on my sides so my body looks terrible. My arms are smaller from the elbow up but wide from my wrist yo forearm & I’m even more self conscious now. He seems to take his time if he feels like it I guess, he definitely didn’t take his time with me. I will not be going back to him for my boobs or back lift bc I don’t trust he will get it right this time.
