Two Babies and 100 Pounds

I started a weightloss journey back in 2016 and hit my mark of maintaining and keeping my weight stable. With having two babies and 100 extra pounds of weight. My stomach was a huge problem area for me. I went through a divorce and found myself hiding my stomach with current boyfriend. I asked friends about possible tummy tuck and was recommended to go see Dr.basner in lutherville. From jump i felt extremely comfortable and at ease. They were up front with costs and how things would go. I took his recommendations and I'll be honest, the day i had it done i could see the difference and was already happy. I'm not someone that knows how to stop, so i was walking and attempting to be as active as i could. Get that blood pumping, but I'm not going to sugarcoat this part this does not feel like c section recovery. Whoever said that, was full of poop. (Which also happens! Constipation) going through recovery, was possible the worst pain i have ever experienced, and a recliner chair is heavily recommended. As well as a great bff/spouse/bf or someone dependable for about 3-4 days. My bff was on top her game, kept me hydrated, medicated, helped me get up and took care of me. She was a huge blessing!
You will have drains, they hurt because they get bumped and moved which irritates them. I had one on each hip and a pinrose drain above my pelvis.(which gets more intresting) dr.basner called me personally shortly after surgery to check on me for pain meds or whatever. He is awesome. You get better everyday, but i still have a hard time reaching above my head (1 month out) because it feels like my skin is still stretching and adjust. I love it and see a huge difference. I have lots of pics and videos. Please feel free to go through them! They are graphic. But honestly i would totally do this again!

I just had my surgery three days ago! When did you start to walk upright more? What about your belly button and when did he remove the drains? So happy for you!

Even during recovery i could see a massive change. It only gets better as the swelling goes down. You can tell it's getting better, i will post pictures, when I'm completely recovered. I am also 5'3 and i was 164 before surgery. To current still 5'3 and 153 1 month post op. 4.5 liters of fat was lipoed out and unsure of the amount of skin.
