Got my First Appt with Dr. Song.

I been researching for long time on TT, I was told by my liver Dr. not to go overseas as this is an important surgery, I came across Primacare Duluth on the American Association of Plastic Surgery, I started checking on pics for different Drs. and the pictures for Dr. Song caught my eyes, well I did a lot of search online and I end it up on real self, wow comments on this blog makes me positive about what I will go through! I finally met Dr. Song Monday July 8th 2019 and he is a charming humble person answered all my questions and gave me his personal card for additional ones, he recommended a full TT, I am just waiting on permission from my job to be able to call and set up my date for TT, I will keep you guys posted since I found this blog really really helpful if you need a little push for it.

Hello. I came aross your review and just want to tell you that you have chose the best doctor. I just hade surgery June 28th and recieved a Breast Augmentation and lipo360. The results (although still swollen) are amazing. Im soooo happy I chose him. Good Luck!!

Hello, I am kind of tiny, I am 5 feet 1 inch and my current weight is 135 lbs, but all my fat accumulates in my middle side, my legs and arms are not bad, not even my butt everything goes to my middle section and I am tired of it and Praying to have a good result and recovery. Dr. Song is really good but you can always ask him if you qualify for this.

I finally decided to call and reservice my surgery date for September 6th, and now I am just getting ready with items that I will need, got a lift chair that I bought on FB market place I heard is really good as you can not use your core to get off the chair, mentally I been preparing too, I was very nervous when I called but after reading a lot viewing pictures I feel much better so my Pre-op is August 27th so now is just wait and time will tell!

I do not know yet, but I am pretty sure it varies from person to person and what you decide to take, as well as the price of the surgery is not general.

Yes a power lift recliner is what helped me immensely! I slept on it for close to a month. I also had a toilet seat riser that I bought on amazon and it was incredibly helpful since with the surgery, sitting down low on the toilet would have been so uncomfortable. I did not go overboard buying a lot of items. My main pre-surgery items were the recliner, the toilet riser, arnica cream, arnica pellets that dissolve under your tongue, pineapples to put in my water since pineapples help reduce swelling, Boost protein shakes, and a few wifebeaters that I got from my husband to wear under my binder. Oh one other important item I purchased was a pulse oxygen monitor that goes on your finger to measure oxygen levels after surgery. That helped me monitor my oxygen levels making me more alert of deep breathing. It's very important to take your deep breaths as hard as it may be because you want to keep your oxygen levels in the normal range. For me it was the first 3 days that were the hardest for me to take deep breaths but with the monitor I kept on top of it. Try and walk a couple of times a day, even if just around a few areas of inside your home. Very important. Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions. Wishing you the best!

One other thing, make sure you start taking some stool softeners a couple of days before surgery, because the constipation is REAL. I was constipated for the first 3-4 days I think.

Well I had my hubby to take pictures and now I can really tell how bad it is after having two 9 lbs babies and one 7 lbs, I have never been a big person but with this belly some people asume im pregnant ???? and I rather pretend I AM instead of the awkward moment when I say I am not! I am trusting Dr. Song after much research and one of my friends she is 50 year old now told me to go for it and then she will schedule an appt with him, I am little nervous but excited at the same time going through whole process but I am confident after few weeks of my TT and Lipo it will be worth it, I know everyone reading this is bc is considering this procedure so I am sharing some pics!!!

Im 3 weeks away now!!! I have a mixed up of feeling but I see SO many ladies going through this so WE can do this!!! I been reading recommendations and a lot of information and got some stuff ready you are just behind me!!!!

Yes we definitely can do it!! I want to move up the date. But have so many commitments on my calendar that I can't. Just want to get it done! So I do need to think about it anymore.

I totally get you there!!! My thoughts are like better now than later!! The more I wait the more old I get and probably healing is not the same!!! 10 year ago I was under the impression to wait 3 or 4 years to do it but is been 10 now.... can’t drag it no more!!!!

Thanks Me too, Dr. said that he was going to take off about 6 to 8 pounds of fat and skin.... that was a shocker!!! it is because I do not see myself in the mirror that much lol.
