Amazing Team

Before choosing Dr. Yunus, I had actually already booked with another surgeon. Even though that doctor was very good, my coordinator there was extremely cold and unhelpful. I truly believe the coordinator plays at least 70% of the role in this whole journey, because they are the person you speak to the most and rely on throughout the process. Because of that, I decided not to continue with them.

Afterwards, I started seeing so many amazing comments about Yasmin, so I decided to contact her instead. From our very first video call, I instantly felt comfortable and said to myself, “This girl will never leave me alone or unsupported during my journey.” And I was absolutely right.

Yasmin supported me every step of the way, always answered my questions, reassured me whenever I felt nervous, and genuinely cared about me throughout the entire process. Having a coordinator like her honestly made such a huge difference to my whole experience.

And my doctor… I am honestly in love with my doctor’s work. He is incredibly talented, warm, genuine, and caring. You can tell he truly loves what he does and wants the absolute best for his patients. Everything from the results to the care and support exceeded all my expectations.
