Amazing Experience

I would like to start by saying that before coming to Istanbul for my surgery, I was incredibly nervous and anxious. However, those feelings disappeared shortly after I arrived and met everyone involved in my care.
From the drivers and hotel reception staff to the restaurant waiters, hospital nurses, and hotel nurses, every single person made me feel welcomed and cared for. I can’t remember all the female nurses names , but one person who truly stood out was Aziza. She was so gentle, answered every question I had, made me feel completely at ease, and even shared a few laughs with me. She made my lonely recovery nights much more enjoyable.
A special thank you also goes to my surgeon, Dr. Mert Sizmaz, and his coordinator, Gozel. Gozel is incredibly kind, attentive, and truly excellent at what she does. Dr. Mert Sizmaz was knowledgeable, professional, and gave me complete confidence throughout the entire process.
My surgery went smoothly, and my recovery has been much better than I ever expected. Every concern or question I had was addressed promptly, and the level of professionalism from the entire team was outstanding.
If you’re thinking about coming to Turkey for medical or cosmetic surgery, I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic. As someone who travelled alone, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
