They have treated me well and were always willing to answer any question. What was especially excellent was the speed of filling out any paperwork for LOA/disability leave. I used to work HR and had heard horror stories about getting paperwork done.
Post op, I had no complications. Follow up visits have been good. If you are looking for plastic surgery of this kind in the area or you want to travel to Kansas for it, I can give it a recommendation. I had an (ext) tummy tuck and minor chest augmentation.
