After 22 Years......I’M FINALLY GETTING MY FLAT TUMMY BACK!!!

I’m a 40 yr old mom of 1 that has dreamed of a flat tummy for the last 22 years. I had my daughter at age 18 and have dreaded my tummy ever since. Of course it wasn’t a thought right after she was born but after the smoke settled and we were full into our new life I slowly began to realize that my tummy and stretchmarks was something I would hide from there on out. 2013 I had a BA...600 cc Mentor high profiles placed under the muscle and surgery/recovery was a breeze (plz see review). June/July 2019 I am looking to have my tummy tuck and lipo done by Dr. Song in Duluth, GA, his results, reviews and accomplishments are amazing. I will be an out of town patient so I decided to look into staying at an Airbnb, along with the help of my husband. I’m super excited and ready to start this journey so right now I’m trying to learn patience. I find mysef on this site day in and day out whenever I thought about getting something done. This time I finally acted on it.

The dreadful befores
Just an update showing my before pics and to see if anyone had any advice on where an out of towner might want to stay following surgery. Right now I am looking into Airbnbs because 12 days is just to expensive to stay in a hotel. Any info would be greatly appreciated

Did your dr ever say anything to you about visceral fat, inner fat,? My dr wouldn't do my tt because of that. My pcp said there isn't any. Did go with lipo, 2 rounds and still have a lot of belly. Just wondering. Thanks a bunch

My doctor didn’t mention anything to me in regards to visceral fat, but I pretty much already know that it’s fat that is stored around organs such as ur gallbladder, pancreas etc....basically stored on the inside that can only be removed through weight loss from diet and exercise. My goal is to lose as much body fat as I can by my sx date. I’ve read this from other reviews and figured I better buckle down and get started. I’ve always went to the gym 5-6 days a week but my cheat days be wayyyyyy to LIT! I want great results so I’m working hard.

SURGERY SCHEDULED!!!! Yayyyyyyy
So I finally paid my deposit and scheduled my surgery for Friday, June 21, 2019 @ 8am. SO EXCITED to finally get something done I been wanting for 20 plus years! Anyone else having surgery around that time? Also....I’m thinking about paying the extra $400 for Experal, anyone get that?

Thank you for sharing. FYI- you already have amazing hourglass. Where did you stay while recovering? I am considering this doctor but I will be coming from out of town. Any advice? Can’t wait to see your results

Thank you Newyoo. My sx date is not until June 20th. I will be traveling from out of state as well and will be staying in an Airbnb. I’m excited and nervous. When are u looking to have ur sx done?

Good day and thanks for mentioning the Airbnb. I had not considered that option,was not even on my radar. Have you found one? If so can you share our choice? I am coming from California in July. Thanks again. I am so excited for you.

I haven’t chose one yet but.... just because I will have 2-3 family members with me I figured an Airbnb would be most comfortable, so I’ve had my eyes on a few near Duluth, but haven’t but a deposit down on anything. You have to pay 50% deposit of your stay to book at an Airbnb property. Also look into VRBO (vacation rental by owner).
