This is an awesome feeling!!!! I’m ready to try taking this lil get up outside of my bedroom....the beach....the pool....Walmart lol jk.....but that’s gonna take a little more courage! Hiding my tummy since I was the ripe old age of 19, I’ve never had the opportunity....or better yet....to ashamed to show my stretch marks (especially as a young adult). I still have some and I’ve learned to accept them and so excited to be rid of the diastasis and extra skin...I am gonna proudly show this new belly!

I recently purchased this faja from Leonisa ($85). It’s a stage 3 and provides me great compression thats not to much. I started back going to the gym and find that I am super swollen when I get back home. I don’t wear any compression while working out.

The swelling is one of the biggest complaints with this Although it’s to be expected, it gets tiresome really quick. The key for me had been COMPRESSION. 23/7 I am in my compression garment and binder. When I take it off to shower I can feel the swelling happening. Most PS tell you to stop compressing after 6 weeks. My 6 weeks is coming up so we shall see. Will let you all know!

Swelling was my biggest complaint as well I’m 3.5 months post op and starting to see where my muscles are again it’s amazing. Compression didn’t do a lot for me during the day after the 6 week mark but going to the lake and the coldish water helped so much this past week alone. I’m barely swollen even at night now which is awesome. They say it can take up to a year for the swelling to fully go away and the numbness to be gone as well. Again the cool water has helped with that this week. For me anyway. You look great btw.
