WORTH IT$10,500
This is my five month post-op photos from my extended tummy tuck with Lipo. I had a great plastic surgeon Dr. Azad. I am working out every day running and doing weight resistance not too heavy but I am very proud of my results.

How active you are gives me hopes to be able to get back into my groove!

You will I promise! It took me a little longer than I read other women being able to work out like crazy. It just depends on your body. Start slow and work your way to a full workout. Eat healthy so your body will heal properly. You got this!!! Let me know how you are doing :)

I'm healing well so far but I've been making sure to stay healthy and get good rest as well! I can't wait to be able to just walk on the treadmill and start making small steps back to being fit again! Thank you and I'll keep in touch!!

I bought a used treadmill and I run on it at least 5 days a week no more than 2 miles. (And I'm new to running) the other days I'm usually chasing my grandkids. In addition to that I also walk my rottie about a mile in the evening. I always stretch and relax before I run then stretch when I'm done. I started making my own veggie smoothies which I have for lunch and I don't eat out since there are so may calories in food when you go out. I bought me the older Apple Watch that counts steps your workouts etc... for me it's just a reminder hey you gotta move. I sit at a desk all day and this reminds me to go outside during the day and walk a couple blocks. I hope this helps like I said you got this!!!!

I wanted to share with you my 8 weeks post op photo. Look how perfectly straight my scar is. Dr. Kamran Azad in Orlando is the best!!! My swelling is going down and my aches are minimal at this point. In a couple of weeks I can start lightly exercising!!! Yay
