Do Not Come Here

I got surgery on March 21, 2025 with Dr Guttikonda. I l paid $12,850 for a Tummy tuck and fat transfer. Everything went well until 7 weeks later when I noticed swelling on my right side tummy tuck incision that wasn't going down and an uneven fat transfer. I scheduled an appointment to have a follow up as in my paperwork It says that a minor revision can be done within 12 months of surgery and it would be $1500. At my appointment he speaks nothing about a revision and instead they give me a quote for $9000 to have these issues fixed. I stated to them that I will contact a lawyer because this is unacceptable after they stated that they couldn't further assist me. They explained how a fat transfer is unpredictable. Therefore it cannot be a revision and I said fine. What about the swelling on my tummy tuck incision and this is when the manager Stephanie told me she will call me back on Monday. This was on Friday. She never called me back so two weeks later I contact them and that's when she calls me back and tells me that she cannot helpme further because I told them that I was going to contact a lawyer. Therefore this doctor is going against what his paperwork promised that I signed stating that minor revisions can be done within 12 months. He also was going to charge me $1500 for this revision. My complaint is on the empathy and treatment that this company is giving somebody who paid them lots of money and who also referred somebody elsewho paid them about $10,000. The manager, Stephanie and the medical assistant am both took my situation personal. I can hear it in their tone. Amber didn't even wanna talk to me anymore. She stated that with my tone, she doesn't feel comfortable calling me so she was texting me that they couldn't help me after I just paid them all this money. My complaint is with both the surgeon and admin because he should have fixed these free doggy ears at my follow up appointment. Not sure why I have to do this
