6 Weeks Post Op. I'm Feeling Dizzy, Light Headed at Times . Weird Head Feelings

I had my TT on 10-11-22. Recovery was going great . I did take 2 different rounds of antibiotics.
Week 3 felt nauseous but the Dr did not have answer for me and my stomach so tight that I still can not stand straight at 6 weeks . Week 4 I felt light headedness it scared me it happen 2 time . It has progressed. I went to the ER did many test with no findings . Waiting to get a CT scan . I get warm sensations in my head and last night it felt on fire feels like constant headache. My dr did not return my call there assistance told me to reach out to my primary care dr . Has this ever happened to anyone patients. I have had surgery in the past and never experienced anything like this . I found a post from 2018 where a women who was experiencing the same thing . I try to massage but probably no longer on here . Is my body detoxing the antibiotics out? The ER tested ekg,
X-ray of chest , urine , blood panel and Covid test to rule it out . You would think my PS would help look for answers to why I'm feeling this way . When I called about concerns about not standing straight there answer was recovery different for everyone my skin so tight you can't even pinch and skin. My body feel so uncomfortable. I'm a healthy individual I'm 5 '5 144 pounds . Do to pregnancy I had loose skin and separated muscle . I have a 2 year old son I need to be well .
