9 weeks PO and still tender

Haven’t posted in a while but am still so very happy with the results and I’m still tender and sore. I know everyone heals differently. I just want to workout but can tell my body isn’t ready and I’m still swelling at the end of the day. My results and scar is amazing. My youngest daughter gave me three new two-piece bathing suits for the Summer and WOW is the only way to describe how amazing my stomach looks in them. I’ll post updated pics soon.

Two weeks later, the drains are finally OUT!

Yippee! I can move around freely now. The removal of the drains wasn’t as bad as I psyched my self up. I literally had to calm down because my BP shot up really high from being nervous. Dr. Gbulie assured me that it’s not bad and he was right. Once he snipped the stitches it was over in a flash. No pain.

I’m really loving my results even with the swelling I think it looks GREAT! So glad I chose the right PS for me.

Retaining water

Has anyone experienced water retention in the legs after a TT? I’m 12 days PO and my legs and ankles are holding water. I don’t have hypertension and I’ve been relaxing all day with my feet elevated. Starting to get concerned.

Dr. Gbulie is GREAT! After several consults with six different doctors I chose Dr. Gbulie because of his attention to detail and expert knowledge in performing Tummy Tucks. He answered all of my questions (I had a lot) with patience and detail information. I was well informed pre-op on how to prepare for the procedure and the day of surgery he made sure I was at ease, comfortable and answered any remaining questions. Now to the good part... OMG! Dr. Gbulie is a 'Rock Star Perfectionist' in the operating room. My Tummy Tuck looks AMAZING! The pain was very manageable per the pain regimen he prescribed and his staff called to check on me daily. I'm so happy I chose Dr. Gbulie to perform my TT!!! I highly recommend Dr. Gbulie!
