9 weeks PO and still tender

Haven’t posted in a while but am still so very happy with the results and I’m still tender and sore. I know everyone heals differently. I just want to workout but can tell my body isn’t ready and I’m still swelling at the end of the day. My results and scar is amazing. My youngest daughter gave me three new two-piece bathing suits for the Summer and WOW is the only way to describe how amazing my stomach looks in them. I’ll post updated pics soon.

Response from Dr. Gbulie:
Mrs HHJ! It was an absolute pleasure taking care of you and I sincerely appreciate the accolades. In truth, my team and I may deliver the goods, but it does take the patient to comply with instructions to get the fab result - and you were excellent at that..... Thanks again. Dr. G.

Two weeks later, the drains are finally OUT!

Yippee! I can move around freely now. The removal of the drains wasn’t as bad as I psyched my self up. I literally had to calm down because my BP shot up really high from being nervous. Dr. Gbulie assured me that it’s not bad and he was right. Once he snipped the stitches it was over in a flash. No pain.

I’m really loving my results even with the swelling I think it looks GREAT! So glad I chose the right PS for me.

Looks good. Where did you get your garment, I want another one. My doc told me to stop wearing mine but I’m swelling and I still have fluid that he refuses to address. So I feel like I still need compression

I got it from Amazon - Diane & Geordi Fajas Colombianas 2396. I have on the XL which is true to size. I'm hoping to be in the L in two weeks if not sooner.

Awesome thank you. I had ordered one that was similar but even the large was too small and that was 2 weeks ago

Retaining water

Has anyone experienced water retention in the legs after a TT? I’m 12 days PO and my legs and ankles are holding water. I don’t have hypertension and I’ve been relaxing all day with my feet elevated. Starting to get concerned.

I’ve seen other girls say their feet got swollen after the surgery. I say give it some time, plus they put a lot of fluid in you during the surgery so it may just be residual fluid

It went away. I’m really watching my salt intake because I don’t want to swell but I will cramp in my feet and legs if I cut it out completely. I have somewhat of a low BP like 110/67 mostly.

Good that it went away. I had too much salt and not enough water on Saturday and omg I was so swollen on Sunday. So yes that salt is bad
