I've wanted to have a TT for 15 + years. I have 2 daughters who were born via c-section. I Went to a PS about 10 years ago for a TT and he wouldn't give me one, he insisted I only needed Lipo so I went with it. 5 years later I have to much lose skin and fat I went into a small depression. I really have not been happy with my body for many many years. The time has come! I finally got my TT with MR and lipo. Just from what I've seen so far, I'm thrilled with my results. Still swollen, but the extra skin rolls (2) are gone! That's all i've ever wanted. I will no longer be hiding behind layered clothes.

Hang in there, the swelling takes some time to go down.   Thank you for sharing with us and keep us up to date.

Surgery was on Feb 13. 2 steps forward 1 step back. My poor hubby. I've been sleeping downstairs in the recliner but if I need anything he comes right down. About 1 a.m I started coughing, (that was fun), it was one of those coughs where your throat is so dry and you can't stop coughing, I starting drinking tons of water until he was able to get me a cough drop. Then about 2 hrs after that, I needed help to get out of the chair to go to the bathroom. Needless to say neither of us slept very well. On the plus side, the pain has come down quite a bit and my back doesn't hurt as bad, but now I have a little abdominal pain (from coughing i'm sure). I believe I've finally made it over that hump. Bath #3 coming up today and I can't wait.

Surgery was Feb 13 2017. Feeling better everyday. I'm still sleeping in my recliner and I had 1 of 2 drains removed. I pretty swollen and wondering if my upper abdomen will say the same or go down. I notice yesterday that I have waist. All in all, I would still do this again. Taking tylenol with codeine every 5 hrs, (trying to win

Hey skinny girl LOL My upper is swollen too but I did also have a BA/BL (redo) I think its normal. Plus I cant get the binder to stay tight up there. My pain is so much better. Im usually not very tolerant of pain. I do feel like I'm at a stand still. Everyone says at two weeks the swelling gets bad. Are you experiencing a lot? It doesnt look like it.

2 weeks ago today was my surgery, I'm not having "lots" of swelling, but definitely swelling, still quite tender however I am cutting back big time on my pain pills, I'm really getting cabin fever and can't wait to go for a drive where I'm in the captains seats. I've bee really watching my salt intake and drinking lots of water, I think that helps with the swelling.

Thanks Joolie, I hope you're doing well!! I would still do it all over again, it's soooooo worth it.

I would do it again too. The really horrible part was only about 3, 4 days. I dont feel ready to go anywhere yet. I'm still a hunch back. I would like to go buy some cotton tank tops to wear unde this binder but I will have to wait.

Me too! My binder isn't to bad, it's a spanx but it pretty comfortable, considering. When was your surgery? How far apart are we?
