2 weeks post op

I am now 16 days post up. Drains finally came out Monday, after a full two weeks. I feel so free!
Recovery is amazing. I feel 100% already! As you can see, I’m still swollen but otherwise pleased with the results. I received a modified tummy tuck, so only the muscle below my belly was repaired. Lipo was done as well and skin was removed.

10 days post op mini TT

So I feel much better Have gone back to work Drain still in but keeping my fingers crossed for next week I feel great the only thing is that I don't look completely flat. I'm definitely flatter than before but I still not 100% satisfied. I had a modified TT which included muscle repair below the belly, lipo, and skin removal. It's a hybrid between a full TT and a mini TT. I'm sure it's normal due to swelling But I will have to check back in a couple of weeks and post more pictures. Does anyone know if there will be significant improvement within the next few weeks/months?

Tummy tuck

I had a tummy tuck on June 28th.
Everything went well during surgery.
I paid a pretty dollar but it's because I went to the best and the doctor came highly recommended. He and his staff were very patient, gentle and caring. I knew I was in very good hands. The doctor personally followed up with me the evening post op. His nurse followed up with me the next day.
I went for my post op appointment on June 30th and the nurse said I was healing amazingly.
I still have the drain in which is annoying as hard to cover it up with clothes. The nurse said I will likely have it out on July 4th so I can't wait for that.
The pain was really not that bad, I was expecting worse but I usually tolerate pain well.
I used the pain meds maybe twice a day for the first 2 days post op then went down to once a day. Today, I haven't taken any.
I have been able to walk around and do small things but mostly been resting as I don't want to overdo it.
I would suggest taking off 2 weeks if possible, as one week is really not enough.
I have started working a bit as I work from home so it's ok, but I feel I get tired very quickly.
I had a smaller incision than normal as I had only needed a bit of liposuction done and skin removal, but the main thing was muscle repair as I had diastasis recti following one pregnancy 11 years ago and abdominal muscle tear I had a few years ago which had resulted in a pouch that was constantly there and me made me look a few months pregnant.
So far it looks really really good but haven't removed the compression garment for long to take a really good look.
I will follow up with pictures in a few days.
