45 w/2 kids, BMI 34, Fibro sufferer, want TT, Lipo, butt lift.

After military I gained weight and it became more difficult to manage my weight because of fibromyalgia. Now that I have a grip on fibro I want to lose weight and have the already access skin removed. Suffering from fibro.... many trigger problems to cause misery. My body depresses me and I'm unhappy. Hoping to gain confidence back and stay in shape. Had consultation with PS and paid deposit for a circumferential TT which includes a butt lift and lips to flanks and abdomen.
As many of you, I have researched and paid several fees to PS until I found one that I'm comfortable with.
Following posts on here within my local area helped, in addition to following Snapchat and Instagram on PS. it allowed me to become comfortable and compare procedures.
So now, I'm scheduled for 17 Oct. I'm at 204 lbs, 5'5". My goal is to lose 2-3 lbs a week by then (12-18lbs total). Ideally it would be best if I could get to 180 but I'll settle for 190lbs.
I did change my eating habits and incorporated walking.
Let's see how that goes. For now, here are my before pics.

3 Days Post-Op
I remember being wheeled to the OR and having small talk conversations. I woke up hours later in my room. Apparently my blood pressure dropped and the surgical team ensured I was stable before releasing me. I stayed one night at h hospital. Pain level was highest the first three days. Alternating between T3 and Motrin. Managed to shower today with the help of my family.

Excess Skin Weight 8lbs!
Wow. Of course I stepped on the scale today to see but I’m still at 200lbs. I understand that this is not a weight loss surgery..... but it has given me determination to lead a healthy life style. I already love my new me!!! I will take more pics and post them. The first three days are hardest. I have more pain in the areas were lipo was done. My booty feels different... my PS evened out my curves via fat transfer. My family keeps telling me how they can see me new curves. I’m very pleased. I have joined the flat side.
