Well, went to see the pre op nurse today to ask a few questions I forgot to ask previously and to see some before and after pics. The preop nurse explained if I want the best result out of the procedure, it wouldn't be a bad idea to lose some weight and eat more protein.. stuff I am already working on . I'm hoping to give myself enough time to set a goal or two and stick to it. I've decided to have the surgery in September.. it may seem like a long time away, but I know the time will fly by..
