Experience with Cygnus Clinic Istanbul Turkey

On 12th of October 24 I have an operation c/o Cygnus clinic Istanbul, held by Dr Kocak. I got quoted for a 360 abdominoplasty + 360 lipo. I pay for this just after the consultation with the Dr and before to enter the op room.

After 4 days I realize I did not have a 360 but only a 180! Nobody communicated anything. I reach the coordinator who says I am right nobody tells me anything and he propose a refund of 700euro for the part of operation not done ( total price was lumpsum 7290euro). I refuse this solution, I can't believe nobody asked my approval before to proceed.

After this I am trying to find an amicable way to get refunded by the company for the pain and the disadvantages I am suffering. this trough my lawyer. at this moment, Cygnus Clinic is refusing to talk with my lawyer, saying he is sending menaces so their legal office is not replying at all.

All of this with the sales responsible who is refusing to put me in contact with any responsible manager.
